Fall Baked Goods Fundraiser with Lunches for Bunches
Lunches for Bunches is an organization working to provide free school lunches for those who don’t qualify but still need them. Food insecurity and disordered eating are very interrelated issues, therefore we are partnering with them for their fall fundraiser! We will be selling Salted Caramel Macarons, Pumpkin Cheesecake Macarons, Chocolate Chip Cookies, and Pumpkin Bread Loaves.
Order what you would like here: https://forms.gle/zorXMXw6R6SHLLte7
ASFP’s Out of Darkness Suicide Prevention Walk
If you are located in the area, we would appreciate if you come participate in the walk to support the fight against suicide. For teenagers and young adults, eating disorders can increase the odds of suicide by up to 32 times, and regardless of age, every 1 in 5 anorexia deaths is a result of suicide. We believe that eating disorder awareness and early intervention strategies are a vital part of suicide prevention. That is why we will be at the AFSP's Out of the Darkness Community Walk in Pasadena to provide resources. Come visit our table if you attend!
